Dream Tennis Academy provides tennis lessons for kids and adults in Clermont, Groveland, and surrounding Central Florida areas. The following Terms and Liability Waiver apply to all participants.

By participating in services provided by Dream Tennis Academy (“Company”), you agree to the following terms. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“Participant”) and the Company.

1. Assumption of Risk
Tennis involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury and contact with others or equipment. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks.

2. Health and Fitness
Participant confirms they are physically able to participate and is responsible for consulting a medical professional if needed.

3. Release of Liability
Participant releases and holds harmless Dream Tennis Academy, its owners, coaches, and representatives from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation, including those resulting from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.

4. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or expenses arising from participation or violation of these terms.

5. Media Release
Participant grants permission to use photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Parent/Guardian Consent
If Participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.

By registering for lessons, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
