Terms and Conditions

                IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN TENNIS COACHING SERVICES

By participating in the tennis coaching services provided by DREAM TENNIS ACADEMY (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This release of liability statement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") and the Company.

1. Assumption of Risks:

The Participant understands and acknowledges that participating in tennis coaching activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, bodily injury, and contact with other participants and equipment. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with the activities.

2. Health and Fitness:

The Participant represents and warrants that they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the tennis coaching activities. The Participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to consult with a medical professional to ensure they are fit to engage in such activities.

3. Release and Waiver:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the tennis coaching activities provided by the Company, the Participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained by the Participant or caused by the Participant's participation in the activities, regardless of whether such liability arises from negligence, breach of contract, or any other theory of liability.

4. Indemnification:

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Participant's participation in the tennis coaching activities or any breach of this Agreement.

5. Media Release:

The Participant grants the Company the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the tennis coaching activities for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation to the Participant.

6. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located in THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
